Bryozoans
A bryozoan lives not very deep in a body of water, although some have been found deep down at the ocean floors. They are filter feeders and are still alive, using tentacle like appendages covered in cilia to bring in food. Usually form a colony in order to survive although there are some mainly independent bryozoan organisms but are not truly independent, and they feed upon food particles they float around in the water. Some features of the bryozoan are tentacles that are covered in cilia, some have exoskeletal shells.
